Description

This extinguisher has an aluminum valve featuring a light to medium duty anodized aluminum valve body and an anodized aluminum handle and lever. It’s built for longevity with a durable high gloss polyester powder paint with an all-metal valve construction. Equipped with Bilingual Labels.

The Amerex ABC 20lb fire extinguisher utilizes a specially fluidized and siliconized mono ammonium phosphate dry chemical. It chemically insulates Class A fires by melting at approximately 350ยฐF and coats surface to which it is applied. It smothers and breaks the chain reaction of Class B fires and will not conduct electricity back to the operator. The abc fire extinguisher is suitable for types of fires involving ordinary combustibles, flammable liquid and energized electrical equipment.
