Description

Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishers contain a blend of Potassium Acetate and Potassium Citrate that is extremely effective in combating fires fueled by the unsaturated cooking oils and greases used in todayโ€™s commercial cooking appliances. This agent excels at effectively fighting and cooling these very hot and difficult fires and its sealing qualities prevent re-ignition.

The misting nozzle delivers the agent in a fine spray that prevents splashing of the burning grease and confines it to the cooking surface.

The extinguishers are manufactured, tested, and Listed to ANSI/UL 8 and ANSI/UL 711 Standards.

The extinguishers are designed to work in conjunction with pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression systems. They have been tested to extinguish one 18โ€ x 24โ€ fryer.
